Cedar Crest GC

Dwaine has been called a go-to person on community issues.  Most recently he has helped close crime-plagued hot sheet motels in South Dallas and Oak Cliff, and spoke in support of DART and City employees getting better support and employee benefits.  Dwaine has also spoken at City Hall, advocating work and job programs for ex-offenders.

Dwaine was born and raised in Dallas. Living in the District for decades, Dwaine is a graduate of Roosevelt High School and attended Texas Southern University.  He is the owner of The Profile Group, an advertising and consulting company.

Dwaine knows that neighborhood and civic involvement is an ongoing mission, not something that is done only when elections take place.  Dwaine is visible and helping the community on a year-round basis, and committed to improving District 4 “One Block at a Time.”
